Facebook Video Download: How to Download Facebook Videos and save Facebook Live streams
you can download your Facebook Live videos to your computer. Once they're on your computer, you'll then have the ability to share them on other sites or other platforms like YouTube,
so that you're able to interact and grow your audience on there as well. Now I've tried and tested a heap of different ways of downloading Facebook Live videos to your computer. And what I've ended up with is two great plugins, one for Firefox, and one for Google Chrome.
The Google Chrome one is called Facebook Video Downloader. Pretty original. And the one for Firefox is called Video Downloadhelper. Both of these plugins, in my opinion, are by far the best solutions because they'll both let you, not only download
the standard-definition Facebook Live video, but also the high-definition version. So it's as easy as in Firefox downloading the video download helper extension, navigating through on Facebook to the video you want to save,
hitting play so the video starts playing. From there you can pause it if you need to. And then up in the top right corner of your browser window you'll see the icon, which is the yellow, the red, and the blue ball. If you click on that it'll come up with a list
of video files you can download. So if the Facebook Live video that you're playing has an HD version available, then that's gonna be the file that has the largest file size so make sure you download that one. It's just a matter of clicking the one
that you want to download, and then choosing where you want to save it. So in Chrome the process is pretty much the same. Download the Facebook Video Downloader plugin. And For Android You can Download Facebook Video Downloader Apk From Think Mobile Today Navigate through on Facebook to find the Facebook Live video you want to download,
and click the blue down arrow icon in the top-right corner of your browser. That's then gonna show you every video file that's available for download on that page. It's also gonna give you the option to download either the standard definition version,
or if it's available, the high definition or the high quality version of that video as well. So just pick which one you want and choose where you want the file to save. So there's something I need to mention is that you always need to be careful
when you're downloading and installing any browser extensions or plugins, as some of them are known to include spyware, adware, or other nasty things. So always do you research before installing anything. Check the reviews, the comments, do a quick Google search.
Even if you've seen us use it in a video, what's safe now or at the time of filming may not be by the time you're looking to install it. So don't just assume that because you or I have used a specific extension or plugin in the past that it's still safe to use again in the future.
If in doubt, don't install. To reduce any risk you could just disable any installed plugins after you finish using them. Or you could delete them all together. So in short, install at your own risk and always be careful.
So on that note, when I was reading the comments for this Chrome plugin, there's a few in there where people are saying that it contains spyware or adware. In all my research I've found that these were safe plugins to use, and I've personally had no issue with them either.
I definitely wouldn't be recommending them here if I thought they were gonna cause you any issues. Now there is one other way that you can download your Facebook Live videos to your computer without needing to install any browser plugins or extensions. In my experience this works probably about 50% of the time,
and in most cases it was only letting me pick the standard-quality version and not the high-definition version. But I've seen these mixed results online so I thought I'd share it with you in case it's easier. So what you need to do, once again,
is to find the video that you want to download on Facebook. Right click on it and choose show video URL. Press Command + C if you're on Mac or Control + C on Windows to copy that URL and paste it up in your browser address bar. Before you hit Enter or Go to load that page,
change out the www for the letter M. So that way Facebook is gonna load the mobile version of the Facebook website. Now what you need to do is right click on the video and choose save video, or download video, depending on which web browser you're using,
and you'll be able to save the video that way. So, as I said, this way you won't need to install any plugins, but in my experience I wasn't always able to get the best quality version of that Facebook Live video. If you haven't downloaded it yet,
